Button Me Up

Top: Zara | Skirt: Monki | Trainers: New Look
Necklace: Urban Outfitters | Rings: Brandy Melville

After my trip to London this weekend, i'm so excited to were some of my new clothes! This skirt was one of my favourite buys, i've been wanting a button down denim skirt for so long, but the usual dark wash ones were a bit to common so i like how the black colour is a little more unique.

Flannels for Spring

Top: Topshop | Jeans: Topshop | Flannel: Urban Outfitters | Sandals: Office | Bag: Primark

In the kind of weather when it's hot but there's still a breeze, i heavily rely on my flannel. I wore it last summer and i imagine i'll be wearing it lots this year too!

Spring is for suede

view on polyvore
This season i've already been noticing a lot of suede lurking about. The great thing about suede is that there are so many different ways to wear it and so many different items.Whether it's a bomber jacket or a fringe crop top or a simple pair of ankle boots, everyone needs some suede in their wardrobe this spring.

BOMBER JACKET

Jacket: Boohoo | Tank: H&M | Jeans: Dorothy Perkins | Boots: Amazon | Bag: Primark

So i thought i'd jump on the bomber jackets trend while i still can because i honestly adore them. This khaki one is so versatile, i've only had it a day and i'm so in love!

Spring Wish List

View items on polyvore
This spring, i want to branch out more from my go-to block colours and jeans. I want to embrace floral prints and tailored trousers. Add a unique twist to otherwise boring, everyday outfits. Here are some items i'd love to purchase this spring to do just that!

Sixth Form Casual

Jumper: H&M | Pinafore, Bag & Boots: Primark | Keyring: River Island

The other day, as ever this winter, was a really chilly day. So for this casual outfit i wore my black parka and scarf to school to keep warm. I love the way jumpers looks under pinafores and dungarees, so i thought it'd be a perfect choice for my first ootd post! Hope you like it :)

London Fashion Week - A/W 2015

This season i've taken more interest in fashion week than i ever had before! I loved the fur/fringe theme that appeared across different designers and looks. My favourite looks are the simplest with a hint of something new and unique.

-REBECCA MINKOFF-

The fringe details and knit/leather textures make for a simple yet stylish combination, it was by far my favourite show.

-MICHAEL KORS-

These oversized, elegant looks are perfect for winter this year and came a close second.

-ANTONIO BERARDI-

Antonion Berardi is a designer i've only just come across. His blue tones throughout the show really caught my attention, the way they were styled really made me fall in love with the pieces.

-TOPSHOP UNIQUE-

As always, they had some lovely designs. I adore the material of this dress and the sleeves, it's very Topshop and also very wearable.

-PRINGLE OF SCOTLAND-

I really love these two simple outfits, there's something so classy about going all white or all black.

-BURBERRY-

Burberry's innovative designs never cease to amaze me. Never one to follow the trends, Burberry have created some gorgeously unique looks for the coming season.

-MISCELLANEOUS-

Calvin Klein.

Alexander Wang.

3.1 Phillip Lim.

J. Crew.

Belstaff.

Christopher Raeburn.

Michael van der Ham.

2015 Style Icons

With nearly two months complete in the new year, plenty of inspiration has come my way in that short time.

Danielle Peazer - i've always liked her style, but she's really killing it lately, especially this outfit from London Fashion Week.

Taylor Swift - following the release of her latest album, i began to take more interest in Taylor, fashion wise. Over the past few months her style has been so point, looking lovely especially in this all white number.

Kendall Jenner - in the last year or so i've really admired Kendall's style, it's so simple, classy and on trend. She makes everything look so well put together and chic.

Danielle Bernstein - Danielle's style has always been an inspiration to me, because even though she doesn't always dress in a way that's applicable to everyday life, her outfits are always innovative and creative.

Nina Nesbitt - and last but not least, Nina. Running a style blog for Nina for the past two years means she's a constant source of inspiration to me. London Fashion Week is one of my favourite times because it means she wears daring yet elegant pieces like this.
